I’m trying to set up a CSAT survey rule, however when the rule is triggered it sends the CSAT survey reply to our own inbox instead of to the customer email. This is how my test rule looks at the moment: I emailed our inbox from my work email, and when the rule was triggered the CSAT was sent to our inbox instead of to my work email (customer). 

One of the rule features that I love is requiring a tag before an email can be moved or archived. However, I’m struggling with how to utilize this with a large number of tags.Our company works with hundreds of schools, and routing emails to teams is partially based on the school that the email is regarding. We have rules set up to automatically tag emails with the relevant school tag, however there are times when an email needs to be manually tagged.Since school tags are required to ensure messages are routed to the correct team, I want to set up a rule to require the school tag be added on an email before it can be moved. However, listing all of our 1,000+ school tags in the rule is not practical, and it’s difficult for team members to pick from when the list is that long.We do have additional subsets of these tags based on where the school is located (ex. Canada, UK, etc) that are added automatically when one of the school tags is added. I had initially looked at using these tags ins

Does anyone use unique setups to mimic shifts by shared inbox? This is not currently available (idea submitted), only shifts by workspace. Our support team is scheduled on specific shared inboxes based on day of the week. Example:Mon: Voicemail InboxTues: Voicemail InboxWed: Main Email InboxThur: Main Email InboxFri: Voicemail + Email InboxesWe use teammate groups in round robin assignment rules, and add shifts based on reps working hours.Reps are assigned to teammate groups based on the inboxes they are trained on (example using the above schedule, the associate would be assigned to teammate groups: Voicemail Reps, Main Inbox Reps).The issue we have is that reps will receive assignments from the Voicemail Inbox and Main Inbox every day, vs only receiving Voicemail conversation assignments M/Tu and Email Wed/Th. The only workaround I have come across is creating a daily assignment rule per shared inbox which requires frequent updating, and overall is not scalable for our team. Hi There!I am trying to se up a rule set using tags as a dynamic variable. However, it appears in the help documentation that there are codes for individual tags that I do not seem to be able to find. Does anyone know where to get these? Otherwise, my entire csv is useless as I need to select each tag manually anyway. This is the documentation I’m referring to: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2123

Hi,  Oftentimes, the responses to emails from our clientele are derived from previously scheduled requests. Since there is no way to predict if the request is going to be a new request, a rescheduling request, or something for a complete department adding on the load balancing seems like it would put us a disadvantage. What ways have you found are the best rules or reasoning for implementing the balancing in that case? 

Hello friends,I am impressed with workflow when using Front. Immediately I finish writing my prayer, I send it both to the recipient and to the archive box for safety. This facilitates my workflow. I just do it instantly and it is easy to retrieve. For me workflow is the most beautiful thing using Front.

Hello, I am looking for some advice on how to send a mass/bulk email to customers we have quoted work for in an one email but I want them to have their individual thread. I would normally BCC all of the customers in one email, but Front puts them all in one thread and the responses get crazy.  Any suggestions? 

I am brand new to my organization (and to Front), and am really looking forward to using the platform. Being new, I don’t really know where to start. Setting up tags and rules seems super helpful, but I am not familiar enough with my company’s process to know what to expect. Does anyone have any advice for brand new team members? Thanks all!

Hi friends,In our company we deal with prayer requests. Front knowledge base has facilitated my workflow in the smooth response to prayer requests.I have used tagging teammates to so that we work together and help each other. And this has been very effective indeed. 

We’re looking to move away from our website widget app birdseed (which comes with a usage fee) as the Front Chat bot comes free with our Front package. So far it seems as though the chat bot only works as such, and can’t also function as a widget like birdseed can. Has anyone previously used birdseed and transitioned over to Front chat? Any hints and tips welcome!

We’re working on beefing up a few of our review websites and are struggling a little bit with the cadence of sourcing these.  Right now, we have emails come in from our NPS letting us know when we have a 10/10 come in. It then gets assigned to the the relationship manager and they are supposed to reach out via a template.  I’m curious if there is a way to remove the manual email outreach for each relationship manager and automate that template sending and still including the individualized signatures (so it looks like a personal email from the “account rep” in the eyes of the customer)

For anyone that has transitioned from Intercom to Front Chat, do you have any workflow or implementation lessons learned?

We’re just about to launch Front with our team (YAY!) and one of the key features we’ll be using is Round Robin. I was just wondering, if one of our team members goes on leave and turns on their ‘time off’ settings, what happens with emails that would normally go to them in the round robin routing?  I hope this makes sense! I thought there was a learning path that covered it, but I can’t seem to find it. Thanks in advance! 

I have a couple of team members that when I look at their assigned conversations - one of them has 53 and the other has 12. However, from their view they only have 2 or 3. These old conversations show to not be archived from my view but if you are logged in to their account they are not there. Has anyone experienced this? I don’t know how to correct it.

Our users have been seeing glitches in the Grammarly plugin on their desktop and web based Front. It will underline to advise the error, but it will not make suggestions as to replace. Is there another alternative to Grammarly for Grammar and Spell Check?

Im trying to run reports to see all emails completed by my team. When I go to team performance, its only showing my information. How do I get it to show my teams performance and not just my own?

We have started using it in a few small cases and would really like to see how much farther we can go with it.What are some ways in which you use dynamic objects in your workflow? We have a few applications that don’t have existing plugins in Front that I could see being extremely helpful via dynamic objects. Hi!I recently had a coworker reach out to me asking if there is a way to create an event directly linked to an email conversation within Front. The coworker was saying that she wants the email to be connected to the event in her calendar.The closest thing I could think of was to include the conversation ID in the description of the calendar event, but I figured I would also ask the community for insight on this!

Hello,Currently just became a new Front Admin for my organization. Currently it appears that we have a user that is also a company admin in front, but that user cannot Delete any emails. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Historical Conversations Best Practices Views and Tags Is it best to audit and apply tags prior to or after migration? If keywords can be used to create a search and then apply tags for past conversations, then after the tags are applied, conversations with those tags will be visible in the Tags Report, correct? Is it best practice to create a View for Historical Conversations? If Nested Tags do not display in the analytics dashboard itself, should they be be used at all, or are their specific use cases for a Nested tag, if they are not displayed in the analytics dashboard?Nested tags in AnalyticsThe tag path will be displayed in any tag dropdown menu, however, the tag path will not display in the analytics dashboard itself.

Hey, the AWS Route 53 interface has changed and no longer has a Create Record Set button for creating a record, and instead only has a Create Record button. This can cause confusion to new users setting this up since help article in Front (https://help.front.com/en/articles/2292) shows a screenshot containing the “Create Record Set” button. I was following the help guide so it took me some time to figure out that the AWS interface has changed
