Front users

Hi community,  In some cases, we use notes to save additional information about the clients. I am wondering whether it's possible to use notes data in rules using built-in Front rules or probably via Zapier?

I am trying to setup automatic follow ups for when we reply to a support email from a customer, and we don’t hear back from them in 48 and 96 hours. I have the follow rule set for the 48 hour part below. For some reason, this isn’t working / it doesn’t send any emails.  Has anyone been able to setup a similar workflow? Trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong.

Is it possible to create a workflow to automatically send welcome emails to new contacts or contacts with a certain tag?

Each of these forms has its own structure and includes a separate field for custom messages. To streamline our workflow, we've implemented rules based on tag-words to categorize and route these submissions effectively.However, we've encountered a significant challenge: the potential for misinterpretation. For example, a tag-word like "US" intended to assign a submission to our America Sales Team could inadvertently be applied to a form where someone simply wrote "help us" in the custom message field.I'm eager to hear from fellow community members who may be dealing with a similar setup. Currently trying to work out if there’s a way to keep the chat history but prevent tags and rules being applied from older messages. For example - If a customer emails in about an order being lost in the post. It would be tagged Merch and go to their inbox. The issue gets resolved, customer happy. Then 6 months later, the same customer has an issue with payment however the rules and tags are reading those previous messages and directing it into merch and payments. Is there a way that after say 2 months. Any new messages follow the rules without going back over old messages but still be able to see the chat history if you scroll through previous messages?

How can I set up a daily report per teammate of how many open conversations they have? I see the glossary for ‘active conversations’ but it does not differentiate between archived and open in their inbox. Is there a proper filter to create daily report of open conversations by teammates? 

I am trying to remove the footer that Google adds automatically when forwarding emails to an external address in a Google Group. I already followed this article, which helped quite a bit but instead of removing the footer altogether, it just added a smaller one:“To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to help+unsubscribe@xyz.com”  Has anyone found a solution for this? I’ve ticked off both the standard Groups footer and the custom footer. 

Would like to tag contacts in Front based on whether they are paying users or not (based on Stripe data, where we keep our subscriptions). I was surprised to see there is no Stripe app in the AppStore, has anyone built a similar workflow?

Currently, only New Unreplied can be used but not all unread messages need a reply. Unread first is a basic feature that I think a lot of people use!

I am unable to find a conversation/message in Front using the cnv_ID and/or msg_ID. How can I find them and why are they blocked? Seems to be Invisible

Hello everyone !  We are setting up front at my company to keep contact with customers, i can’t wait to explore Front’s features, if anyone has tips on how to get started it would be nice !

When creating a Trello card from an email in Front, I get options such as choosing the Trello board, the list name, and labels. There’s a dropdown that allows me to scroll through the Trello label options. Here’s my question (pet-peeve), the order of the labels in the dropdown menu seems to be random. They’re not organized alphabetically, by color, by most recent used, by anything that I can detect. Is it possible for me to organize the labels in the dropdown by my preferences?  Thanks for your help!Kevin

Is there a method to link multiple incoming emails through the subject line so they are assigned to the same person (when using “round robin”)? Eg. in our workflow, we receive alerts/incoming emails for each step of a booking process. So that could be:1. Partial lead2. Quote completed3. Booking made4. Contract signed5. Payment receivedEtc etc. Using the round robin method, it would break up each of the 5 workflows and assign them to different agents.  Whilst the subject is different, the one constant is the lead number within the subject line. How would we set a rule for this if the lead number is dynamic and we don’t know it ahead of time?

If anyone has advice, I would greatly appreciate it! For our CSAT survey, we have a rule to send a survey when we have an inbound chat or email. The challenge right now is the survey is being sent to all of our spam emails when we tag it (we tag as auto emails do not count for analytics for our reporting) and archive it. Is there any way to include an “exclude” statement for the rule to leave out all of the DMARC auto generated emails? Thank you!

We have multiple tags relating to our business and when customers are messaging us through. When customers send a message to us. It can appear with multiple tags that aren’t relevant to the request. For example: Messages are being tagged as an issue with the app and going to Tech when in reality they’re mentioning they’re having a payment issue on the app which needs to go through to billing. Is there a way to flag multiple keywords in a message before applying a tag to fine tune the flow of our messages?

Hello everyone! I’m very new to Front and i’m currently playing around with all the features but I can’t seem to find how put Message Templates and organise them into folders. Is it also possible to organise the folders into workplaces so only certain departments can access specific templates? Thanks in advance!

I’ve never encountered this before, but a colleague has just written to me saying that Front can’t find an internet connection. He is connected, as we’ve been conversing back and forth in Slack and via e-mail, so I’m not sure what the trouble may be?Is there a setting somewhere that puts Front into offline mode?

Hi all - maybe I am just still to new to Front, but I cannot figure out how to personalize the satisfaction survey in the signature. I have already referenced the “Front's CSAT feature” help link but it only mentions that you can, not how to do it.  We are deciding between adding our own questions or linking our own survey. Currently the resource we use for survey’s now does not work internationally at times. Any guidance is much appreciated! 

Hi all!I am curious if anyone has any examples of how you used rule sets to make your rule library more efficient/manageable. i.e. replacing multiple rules with one rule which leverages rule sets. I am curious if and how folks are leveraging this functionality to improve workflow management and overall processes. Thank you!

Is there a way to link a conversation ID to a calendar event in Front?

Does anyone know where I can find the Rule Library? The Routing & assigning conversations course in the Front Academy indicated there is a Rule Library tab in between the team rules tab and the load balancing tab but it seems to be missing for me.

I’m using a bunch of tags in conversations and when I go to the report, it will only show 1 tag that used once in more than hundreds of conversations. Anyone having this issue? Is it a configuration thing?
