Hi all,We write and review our internal IT documentation in Notion (draft → review → publish). We'd like Front's Knowledge Base to be where people actually read it, but copy-pasting every article after each revision doesn't scale.Has anyone automated publishing from Notion (or another source) into a Front KB, via the API, n8n/Zapier, or something else? How do you handle updates to existing articles and FR/EN versions?Thanks!

I have a problem with the new UI. It may look nice for the designer who does not work with front tickets day in and day out, but for a corporate user not looking to sacrifice efficiency over aesthetics, it’s not an improvement.It simply has too much white space between rows, both mobile and web. It’s inefficient. Just for comparison, the new front shows 7 tickets/emails on a 13” macbook, where for comparison apple mail app shows 11, both with the same amount of info (3 rows) per ticket. Same with mobile, there the difference is even more clear. There are huge white gaps between tickets. Why? They serve no purpose for ticketing. It only makes the user have to scroll more.

Is there a way to schedule send an email on condition the recipient did not reply yet?

I recently joined a team that uses Front as their primary tool for communicating with it’s users. I wanted to learn what others have found helpful as they were in the process to become a Front admin for their organizations and what features they utilize the most to gain operational efficiencies 

In the new UI, you can see that EVENTID Object is not displayed anymore.  This was really useful for us, and would be even better if clicking on it opened the link.In the new UI, to see that there is an object, you need to click on the Subject. Any way to bring this back?
