As an avid user of Microsoft Planner  it would be extremely helpful to integrate front with planner.For example similar to click ups integration attaching itself to a task. We use Microsoft Planner as a bid board, and it would be helpful to attach emails to tasks so that they are easy to reference.

The subject of the message should be visible without having to click on the email address of the sender. Also, why does it appear because I click the email address? Doesn’t make any sense. I was just desperate trying to find the subject so I clicked it by accident and there it was.

Is it possible to branch your chatbot flow back to an initial multiple choice question rather than rewrite the flows all over again.  We have an initial multiple-choice question, and I’d like the option to return to it if a customer wants to ask another question on a different topic.

I am finding that the layout for handling emails very cumbersome. Click here to add a tag, Over here to trash the email. Need to move and dig deeper to get where I am going. The icons are not uniform and so I am always double-clicking. Two clicks to trash or add a tag makes no sense.When I select more than one email, all the icons are lined up well and intuitively. Why can we not have the same at the top of the emails and not scattered and in a different form 

Since the recent UI update, getting to Settings and Workspaces feels a bit slower and less intuitive. What used to be a single-click action now takes a few extra steps, which can make workflows that require frequent switching or quick checks feel a little clunky.Workspace Switching Can Be TrickyBefore, switching between workspaces was simple and fast. With the new interface, I’ve noticed it’s a bit more cumbersome. For example: I select Workspace A Open Rules Switch to the Company Workspace to compare settings When I try to go back to Workspace A, even though it’s visible in the list, I have to manually reselect it Because of this, I sometimes end up duplicating tabs in my browser just to keep things accessible.Impact on Daily WorkEach extra click might seem small on its own, but over a day—especially for those managing multiple workspaces—the added steps can slow down routine tasks. One thing I find overly cumbersome in the new UI is the inbox tab area. I wish we had an option to set them to icons only. Right now if I set the size of the inbox message pane where I want it the tabs spill over into a menu I have to click on. I think it would be nice if each tab had an icon and we could choose to show full text labels or icons only. Maybe an open envelop for Unassigned, an envelope with a person icon for Assigned, the clock icon for Snoozed and then the normal icons already used for Archived, Trach and Spam. Something like this (forgive my lack of image editing skills lol) 

Good evening, A lot of my job requires tasking and directing Inventory Control clerks to help solve problems or to do repetitive tasks.I have a question: Is it possible to use the summary function in front, and automatically create a list of tasks to accomplish a goal or find a solution, and allow the leads and supervisors to then assign those generated tasks to clerks so they have a step-by-step guide as how we want a task completed?For example, a customer requests a cycle count of a certain product, under a specific lot. Could we use the summary of the email, using AI, to generate a task list?  We can then expand or simplify the task list and then assign it to someone. This way too, if a customer requests what a process looks like, then we can give them bullet points and a look into what our process was, and we can fine tune if there is a disconnect or if a problem arises, we can see where it started and correct it from there, rather than trying to retrace every step clerks take, los

It would be great is the Snooze was part of the second column (what is that called?). Normally you have go down into later and then up into the filter to find what you have snoozed. Is there a short cut key perhaps? Is there a work around like using a tag? Just seems the simplest way is to put back the snooze as it used to be. 

It would be great if Views had a simple toggle to turn off the standard Open / Snoozed / Archived sections.Sometimes we just want one clean list of all conversations that match the filters, without everything being split into three buckets.Ideally, we could also choose which statuses count toward the View’s conversation total, so the number shown is actually meaningful.This would make Views much clearer for both users and admins, especially for monitoring or reporting.

Would it be possible to have the user preference to show or hide the reading pane area in the inbox? It’s come up a few times with some of our employees.

it would be nice to be able to merge all conversations regardless of type. to be able to add a phone call into an already ongoing email conversation so you can see that action has been made - it also gives a cleaner timeline. the other place it would be useful is that some of our conversations start internally as a discussion then turns into an email conversation, would be great to have the info all together
