As an avid user of Microsoft Planner it would be extremely helpful to integrate front with planner.For example similar to click ups integration attaching itself to a task. We use Microsoft Planner as a bid board, and it would be helpful to attach emails to tasks so that they are easy to reference.

This design is a good proposal, but I think is a little more click consuming. For example, in the old design I used to open the calendar with a single click, now I need two clicks to open the calendar. But in a positive way I think is very well organized.
Hi Front team,We’re facing a critical issue at Stella Stays — our WhatsApp is blocked for outbound messages, showing:“You have reached the maximum amount of trial messages”This is despite our Meta account being fully approved and connected via Front (payment method shows “Credit Line - FrontApp, Inc”).We’ve already emailed support multiple times, but we’ve had no resolution. This is the second time this week this has happened, and it’s impacting our ability to serve guests.Urgency: High – Real guests are waiting for responses.Please escalate this immediately. Hello,I want to calculate the processing rate by priority %, overall processing rate % and I want to know what is the filter I have to do on Front to get this result, then to get these two rates I would need to show me where I can know how many emails received and the number of mails processed?Please show me what filter to use to get the details (excate figures). Thank you
