Hi Front team,
We’re facing a critical issue at Stella Stays — our WhatsApp is blocked for outbound messages, showing:
“You have reached the maximum amount of trial messages”
This is despite our Meta account being fully approved and connected via Front (payment method shows “Credit Line - FrontApp, Inc”).
We’ve already emailed support multiple times, but we’ve had no resolution. This is the second time this week this has happened, and it’s impacting our ability to serve guests.
Urgency: High – Real guests are waiting for responses.
Please escalate this immediately. We need this resolved ASAP.
