Just wanted to check in if anyone has had experience with connecting MS Forms as a channel.
We are exploring the possibility of having Form based data coming in from our users, and since MS Forms is part of our M365 suite, wanted to check if it is recommended, if not, we will explore 3rd party forms to connect instead.

Hi there!
Front doesn’t have a native connector with MS Forms channels. With that said, there’s a few different options available to get those form submissions into Front. The first would be to use Front’s API to import these messages upon submission. This can be done by using our Import Message endpoint. You can read more on that endpoint here: https://dev.frontapp.com/reference/import-inbox-message.
Another possible solution would be to create a custom channel which would also allow you to import these messages. More information on those here: https://dev.frontapp.com/docs/creating-a-custom-channel.
If you were looking for an alternative to MS Forms, Front does have a native form channel that can be used. More info on those here: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2024.
