Hi, We have had some issues with tagging emails correctly due to the wide variety of how someone can request an action from us. What is the best way to get around or deal with this? It’s been mentioned that set email formats/forms would work well.  Thanks, 

I have templates that are important and will be used, however, rarely used. Is there a feature to hide or archive message templates?

Is there a way to automate a survey to users following a chat conversation? 

Hello. I have a problem with our emails to ONE specific domain.Our user sends emails from a shared inbox with a Google group channel.SOMETIMES there is an error in Front, and the email to NAME@DOMAIN.cz is not delivered. The error in Front looks like: bounce / 450 4.1.8 <bounces+7887486-433e-NAME=DOMAIN.cz@front-mail.OURDOMAIN.com>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found. There is no incoming email with info about rejected emails.Most of the time, user’s emails to this address go uninterrupted. Their admin can see only this log entry when the email is rejected:Sender address rejected: Domain not found; from=<bounces+7887486-433e-NAME=DOMAIN.cz@front-mail.OURDOMAIN.com> to=<NAME@DOMAIN.cz> proto=ESMTP helo=<o6.front-mail.frontapp.com> I have no info about their email server.Deliverability in Front is set correctly. As far as I know, there are no similar problems with other domains. What should I or their admin set up to make an uninterrupted flow of emails?

Hi! When someone sends me an email with an .ics file attached, Front shows the the event above the email message with a calendar icon. But as far as I can see, there is no way to have Front add the event to my calendar. Do I have to do it manually?

Hello, everyone. Another email post from me. We are starting to introduce Front to our company. We have a wide variety of users. Some have preferred Outlook, while others have preferred Gmail. Any tips on how to convert them into Front when it’s this diverse? As usual most people don’t like change, but I know Front could be more beneficial for them to use, but just curious to see what has worked, or challenges others have faced when releasing Front within a company. 

Hello, I am still pretty fresh to Front, and have reviewed some conversations on shortcuts, plus the training. Something that would be nice (unless I completely missed it), would be custom tag shortcuts (similar to Outlook). Our users are used to Outlook and most of them have shortcuts to send emails to specific folders. It would be nice if we could customize shortcuts for that. When on an email instead of using Ctrl + E to archive if I could customize a shortcut “Ctrl + 1” to tag and archive an email. 

When do “Launched” Ideas become 'Already Available?'I received an email from Front, regarding the status of an Idea that had its status changed to ‘Launched.’ (See Below)  The status ‘Launched’ does not appear in the list of “what each idea status means.”When do “Launched” ideas become available in our Front instance?  Do we have access to a calendar of upcoming releases?  it would be helpful to know in advance of new features going live, so that Administrators could become familiar with them and appropriate training be made available/created for end users.  

I am working to try and improve search functionality for my teammates. One of the continuous complaints is that some of our group reporting crowds our search results when looking for previous conversations. We tag these reports which allows us to archive them and keep our inbox clean, but if you search using the order number then all of those reports appear in the search. When trying to filter these out I do not see an inverse filter, as in filter by tags that do not equal “Reports”. Anyone had any luck with inverse filtering? 

Hi,We work with custom views to divide inboxes because we don't have teammates for individual topics, but we have different teams for different areas. We sort these views using tags and corresponding rules. If we remove such a TAG, the conversation will, of course, immediately disappear from the view. It is then relatively difficult to find them again, e.g. to archive, reply or set another TAG.Do you have any suggestions for solutions to this? BestNina

Hi there, I’m wanting to setup a workflow where our @sales team requests our @production team for a piece of information (e.g. lead time to get an order out) but I want the conversation to stay in the @sales inbox.Is there a good way to do this? When you add an item to your email calendar will it automatically be added to your teams’ calendar and be able to be viewed just like in your email? 

Hi everyone!I’m just playing around with Front, as it has most of the features I am looking for.However, I am quite puzzled about why there is no way to import history from custom SMTP -adresses.I understand that it might be difficult to support this against all the different service providers out there. But shouldn’t it at least be possible to import a PST -file from Outlook?Does anyone know if they plan to add it? Or any other smart way of importing a file like this?Thanks in advance!

Finding Front VersionMany of us, who are long-time Microsoft users, are used to using the:Help > About’ or‘File > Account > About _____’option to find the Version number of the Microsoft product they are using.  How does a user accomplish this in Front?What’s NewAnother common convention used by other software is when an updated version is installed, upon relaunch, a ‘What’s New’ summary or link to same is provided.  Am I missing something?

Hi Sales Leaders,  Front has been an incredibly powerful tool for me and I’m such an advocate for all of it’s features. I’ve made tremendous strides with support teams, customer success teams, and internally but I’ve failed to find tangible ways that it’s impacted my sales teams. What ways have you used Front to help your sales team drive revenue, or optimize their processes?  I’m finding this specifically difficult for my BD reps that are a bit more individualized and not a standard SDR or AE. Thanks,Ryan 

I've received a lot of marketing emails that appear in my inbox as being from a specific person, but come from a general email address (e.g. hello@). I wonder if this can be replicated on Front - e.g. the sender will appear in recipients inboxes as a ‘Joe Bloggs’ but the email itself will be sent directly from a general email address.

IP RestrictionsThey use IP restrictions to prevent unauthorized users from accessing their emails. The office IP address is included in the allowed list.However, this option doesn't work for the mobile app because the phone's IP address isn't static. Is there a solution for this?A potential fix could be allowing access based on the MAC address.

Hello Front Community! I would like to make the most out of the Front knowledge base feature; however, I do not wish to recreate exisiting documentation. Currently, we have a knowledge base in Service Now, but it would be fantastic if we could bring that same information (If not simply make it accessible to search from from) into the Front knowledge base as a resource for our techs when assisting end users. My other concern is whether or not I have the ability to restrict the knowledge base view to ONLY our IT team. What would be the best avenue to accomplish these asks? 

This idea composer is quite neat. It provides the abilityto add and edit tables to use more than a fixed number of RGB colors to format a high value message.Can this be added to the Front composer?this is neat table editing in the  composer
