Is there a way to schedule send an email on condition the recipient did not reply yet?

@ckoster Oh I see, so a more custom email that might differ per user? There’s no way to do that right now within the email view itself. The second closest would be using stages in Sequences which will send subsequent messages only if the user hasn’t replied to the previous stages yet. Great idea though, so I’d encourage you to add that to our feature request Ideas board!

Hi @ckoster, yes you certainly can! These are called delayed rules in Front, which are triggered based on time-passed conditions. You can set up a rule along the lines of “When outbound message, if message is unreplied for 3 days, then send XYZ message template.” Here are steps and examples on how to set that up: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2111#delayed_rules_for_automation

Thanks - What I meant was more of a personalized feature, not a specific template. I.e. you want to follow up on an email in x amount of time. So you compose an email and want to schedule send it ….but only on condition the recipient didn't reply yet.
