Is it possible to receive and send voice messages in the Front App on mobile when using the WhatsApp channel ?

Hi George! If you are referencing the native Whatsapp channel, Front follows what has been outlined by Meta here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/reference/media/#supported-media-types
If you are referencing the Twilio Whatsapp channel, yes, it is supported! https://help.front.com/en/articles/245248#what_file_attachments_can_i_send_and_receive
