Front users

When creating a Trello card from an email in Front, I get options such as choosing the Trello board, the list name, and labels. There’s a dropdown that allows me to scroll through the Trello label options. Here’s my question (pet-peeve), the order of the labels in the dropdown menu seems to be random. They’re not organized alphabetically, by color, by most recent used, by anything that I can detect. Is it possible for me to organize the labels in the dropdown by my preferences?  Thanks for your help!Kevin

Is there a method to link multiple incoming emails through the subject line so they are assigned to the same person (when using “round robin”)? Eg. in our workflow, we receive alerts/incoming emails for each step of a booking process. So that could be:1. Partial lead2. Quote completed3. Booking made4. Contract signed5. Payment receivedEtc etc. Using the round robin method, it would break up each of the 5 workflows and assign them to different agents.  Whilst the subject is different, the one constant is the lead number within the subject line. How would we set a rule for this if the lead number is dynamic and we don’t know it ahead of time?

If anyone has advice, I would greatly appreciate it! For our CSAT survey, we have a rule to send a survey when we have an inbound chat or email. The challenge right now is the survey is being sent to all of our spam emails when we tag it (we tag as auto emails do not count for analytics for our reporting) and archive it. Is there any way to include an “exclude” statement for the rule to leave out all of the DMARC auto generated emails? Thank you!

We have multiple tags relating to our business and when customers are messaging us through. When customers send a message to us. It can appear with multiple tags that aren’t relevant to the request. For example: Messages are being tagged as an issue with the app and going to Tech when in reality they’re mentioning they’re having a payment issue on the app which needs to go through to billing. Is there a way to flag multiple keywords in a message before applying a tag to fine tune the flow of our messages?

Hello everyone! I’m very new to Front and i’m currently playing around with all the features but I can’t seem to find how put Message Templates and organise them into folders. Is it also possible to organise the folders into workplaces so only certain departments can access specific templates? Thanks in advance!

I’ve never encountered this before, but a colleague has just written to me saying that Front can’t find an internet connection. Hi all - maybe I am just still to new to Front, but I cannot figure out how to personalize the satisfaction survey in the signature. I have already referenced the “Front's CSAT feature” help link but it only mentions that you can, not how to do it.  We are deciding between adding our own questions or linking our own survey. Currently the resource we use for survey’s now does not work internationally at times. Any guidance is much appreciated!

Is there a way to link a conversation ID to a calendar event in Front?

Does anyone know where I can find the Rule Library? The Routing & assigning conversations course in the Front Academy indicated there is a Rule Library tab in between the team rules tab and the load balancing tab but it seems to be missing for me.

I’m using a bunch of tags in conversations and when I go to the report, it will only show 1 tag that used once in more than hundreds of conversations. Anyone having this issue? Is it a configuration thing? 

I’m trying to set up a CSAT survey rule, however when the rule is triggered it sends the CSAT survey reply to our own inbox instead of to the customer email. This is how my test rule looks at the moment: I emailed our inbox from my work email, and when the rule was triggered the CSAT was sent to our inbox instead of to my work email (customer). 

One of the rule features that I love is requiring a tag before an email can be moved or archived. However, I’m struggling with how to utilize this with a large number of tags.Our company works with hundreds of schools, and routing emails to teams is partially based on the school that the email is regarding. We have rules set up to automatically tag emails with the relevant school tag, however there are times when an email needs to be manually tagged.Since school tags are required to ensure messages are routed to the correct team, I want to set up a rule to require the school tag be added on an email before it can be moved. However, listing all of our 1,000+ school tags in the rule is not practical, and it’s difficult for team members to pick from when the list is that long.We do have additional subsets of these tags based on where the school is located (ex. Canada, UK, etc) that are added automatically when one of the school tags is added. I had initially looked

Does anyone use unique setups to mimic shifts by shared inbox? This is not currently available (idea submitted), only shifts by workspace. Our support team is scheduled on specific shared inboxes based on day of the week. Hi There!I am trying to se up a rule set using tags as a dynamic variable. However, it appears in the help documentation that there are codes for individual tags that I do not seem to be able to find. Does anyone know where to get these? Hi,  Oftentimes, the responses to emails from our clientele are derived from previously scheduled requests. Since there is no way to predict if the request is going to be a new request, a rescheduling request, or something for a complete department adding on the load balancing seems like it would put us a disadvantage. What ways have you found are the best rules or reasoning for implementing the balancing in that case? 

Hello friends,I am impressed with workflow when using Front. Immediately I finish writing my prayer, I send it both to the recipient and to the archive box for safety. This facilitates my workflow. I just do it instantly and it is easy to retrieve. For me workflow is the most beautiful thing using Front.

Hello, I am looking for some advice on how to send a mass/bulk email to customers we have quoted work for in an one email but I want them to have their individual thread. I would normally BCC all of the customers in one email, but Front puts them all in one thread and the responses get crazy.  Any suggestions? 

I am brand new to my organization (and to Front), and am really looking forward to using the platform. Being new, I don’t really know where to start. Setting up tags and rules seems super helpful, but I am not familiar enough with my company’s process to know what to expect. Does anyone have any advice for brand new team members? Thanks all!

Hi friends,In our company we deal with prayer requests. Front knowledge base has facilitated my workflow in the smooth response to prayer requests.I have used tagging teammates to so that we work together and help each other. And this has been very effective indeed. 

We’re looking to move away from our website widget app birdseed (which comes with a usage fee) as the Front Chat bot comes free with our Front package. So far it seems as though the chat bot only works as such, and can’t also function as a widget like birdseed can. Has anyone previously used birdseed and transitioned over to Front chat? Any hints and tips welcome!
