Outbound in custom channel

I create a zap for SMS imported into a custom channel.

The SMS messages come from Sakari and I'm using Zapier to import this.

But I can't respond in Front and my API endpoints for Outbound are empty.

I don't know the values...

Hi @yannick ,

It is expected that the outbound API endpoint for your custom channel is empty (as seen in the example screenshot;) - this is something for you to define. 

 

You could configure a second Zap that triggers on Webhook POST events. Set this Outbound URL in Front to that Webhook address, and build a Zap to accept outbound messages, and send them to the recipient via your SMS provider.
