Hi there! I’m wanting to build a more customized reporting view in Front. For instance, on the ‘overview’ report, I’d like to duplicate the ‘changes over time’ tile and have it repeat several times with different metrics shown, so someone can just open the report and immediately see a bunch of metrics without needing to click around. I’d also like to adjust a bunch of the other tiles and the order they appear on the report. From clicking around, it seems like I can only adjust the filters (time period, users) and not any of the analytics/tiles themselves. Is there any way to do that?

Hello all. The gentleman that set up our Front ran it through Office 365. I believe I have had a breach on my Microsoft account and Microsoft have blocked my accounr.  Is there anyway I can have Front manage my emails directly until Microsoft fix the issue.  We are an essential business and not receiving emails is an emergency issue.  

Hi All, I’d love to have a channel for my SMS messages from my cell phone. Most of my texts are business related and having them in Front would be a amazing! Does anyone know if that’s possible or how to accomplish?

Our visitors have the ability to enter an email address when they request a chat.  An automatic email is sent after so much time, often when we are not done responding.  Is it possible to send the email only when the chat is archived?

Is it possible to share an external link outside of Front to clients who want to review emails?

Does anyone know how to hide folders/emails when using delegation. For example, we use delegation when a CSR is out and would like to hide some of their personal emails from the person delegated to.

I’m a new front user that is running the starter plan.  We were a Helpscout user and are moving to Front for the additional capabilities that it offers.  We have a little over 150 domains and approximately 250 email address (Channels) that we’ve got setup in Front so far. We have setup 1 keyword tagging rule, 1 message recipients tagging rule, 1 archive email tagging rule and 1 route rule.  I’m now getting an error that says that my plan doesn’t include additional actions in workflows. I’m not quite sure that means. Any idea why I cannot modify or add to my rules?  

I’m trying to get a better understanding on what the limits are for each of the plans. I’m on the starter plan and will be moving to growth in the next few months.  Where can I find what the limits are for rules, connections, etc.   

Is there a way to see “Draft Versions” or “History”? We lost a version of a draft and would love to get it back.  

How can I flag or pull a specific email out of a long thread? I need to remember that I have tasks in this specific email, but as other people reply, it just gets lost in the thread. Even if I moved that specific email to a new conversation, the subsequent replies would get pulled out too, correct?I would like to be able to star or have a specific email stand alone so that when it snoozes or just lives in my inbox as an important task, I can focus on that one piece and not have to wade through the whole thread.Side note - can you delete certain replies without deleting the whole thread? I’d like to get rid of emails that say “thanks” but it appears that the whole chain deletes when I do this.

Why is it that all of my archive messages when i get replies, are no longer showing in “Open”? They are not unarchiving and I have no idea why. I currently dont have any rules in place so that should not be the issue.

Good afternoon, We are VERY green to Front… Initially, I was under the impression, we would be able to set x3 team members - so that we can each log in to access the same 1 email inbox. We do not have different email addresses - as we currently only log on via web access to gmail. moving forward, Would love it so that we can chat between us remotely - but each time I try to set up a team mate, it asks for an email address… and naturally - we only have the 1 for all 3 of us?? My head is boggled!! please help… cheers

How do I remove formatting in front? Here is a typical scenario.  I do a copy and past and it pastes the formatting.  In Apple mail I would just do “remove formatting”.  Only way I have found in front is to change it to markup, remove any urls, and then go back.  This is cumbersome
