Is there a way to automate a survey to users following a chat conversation?

Hi Traci, this is a great question!
At the moment, we don’t have a way to automate the survey to go out after a chat has completed, however we have had a few team reach out to us with a similar use case via our idea’s portal here. We would love to see your vote for it as well here:
