Hi, 

We have had some issues with tagging emails correctly due to the wide variety of how someone can request an action from us. What is the best way to get around or deal with this? It’s been mentioned that set email formats/forms would work well.

@trowe You’ve asked a million-dollar question that we’re working on right this moment 😄 We’ll be releasing a new AI tagging feature in the near future that will intelligently tag and direct your conversations, which you can train based on your preferences. Over time, it’ll be able to automatically tag of the wide variety of inquiries you receive, without the need to anticipate key words and set up manual tagging rules. You can learn more about it from our event keynote recording where we announced this (12m into the video), or in the recap blog post linked at the top.
