Front users

Round robin assignment rule How do you divvy up work on your team? As Front users, we already have a huge advantage working in shared inboxes compared to a traditional single-player inbox where everyone must share one login. Now, in this multiplayer inbox world, what further workflows do you use to make sure all the work is distributed? Share with us what your systems to assign work are, or browse the thread to get some ideas for your own team. We still need to use another support solution together with Front as Front does not provide a simple “hide comment” feature for Meta comments.When can we get this function?  

Notify teammates based on tag One of the things I love to work on with customers and our own team is how to automate our manual processes so that we free up our time to do bigger and better things. I’ve joked with one of my teammates, Jason (technical support engineer), that we want to automate our jobs away. That’s not the end, of course — automation would be a means to evolve our own jobs to work on even more impactful things. Hello,  I own a real estate company and I need my admin to be able to access my emails and respond as needed. I am super excited about what front has to offer but I am getting extremely frustrated with the set up process. I have added the inbox the inbox that we need to share and invited my admin. However, nothing is happening. My emails are not routing. I am not technical at all nor am I interested in watching videos to learn this thing. I would like to pay someone to help me set up my account correctly. please reach out if interested.  thank you, Bintou 

I am a complete noob when it comes to Front.  I had never heard of it until my new client told me about it.  After checking it out, I am quite impressed but still a little confused.  Hopefully, some experienced folks can help me out.  So far, searching help hasn’t answered my questions. I use Outlook on a M365 account.  I went ahead and added my personal inbox just so I could work more with Front since I’m not quite yet ready to respond to client issues in Front.  It pulled in ALL of my email not just what was in my InBox!  UGH So.  I spent an hour and moved my emails in Outlook to Archive and all my saved folders that were stored under the Inbox Folder are now under the Archive folder.  But it seems Front either is still pulling them in, or once it pulls, it never truly syncs so in is in until removed through Front. I did add a rule to move anything that isn’t in certain “tags” which seems to equate to my Outlook folders.  But it doesn’t appea

One of my agents who works with us for a long time already,can suddenly not type (neither answer to a ticket nor write in the comment section) in existing tickets anymore. The same problem exists for all inboxes that we use.The only exception is that when creating a new ticket from scratch, she can write as usual.The issue is not her keyboard, because also writing outside of Front works perfectly.Restarting, logging off etc. didn’t help. Do you have any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Hi, We started using Front about three weeks ago. Of course we also started to use contact lists. As we are a sum of 15 different teams that all creates their own lists, it would very helpful to have the possibility to:filter them by team sort them (by general operators like date, name etc.)Thank you!

I’m looking to recreate some of the the main metrics from the overview page using the exported data (need this for historical reporting) but the numbers aren’t tying. I’m assuming I’m not looking at the events under a proper filter. Has anyone had dealt with this issue?

Hello, I’m trying to sync Facebook and Instagram but they don’t show up in the inboxes. Have done the required steps… have allowed access to messages too, any ideas what the issue could be? Thanks

My partner and I get dozens of spam emails a day and to help curb their growth we block the senders. Sometimes the blocked senders are able to still send emails and their follow ups appear in thread under the email we blocked….anyone else having this issue?

It would be great if we were allowed to pick how many months or weeks out someone can schedule a meeting with us using a Scheduling Link. I saw some other posts related to people wanting more than 2 months. I actually would like less than 2 months (only want people to be able to schedule with me over the next few weeks).

Good Morning!  Question - wondering if this was supposed to happen.  A coworker sent an email to the company about an event. A different coworker added a comment with a #MAINOFFICE which would draw attention to the email Someone from the original email replied to JUST the original sender HOWEVER the email went to the entire #MAINOFFICE group as well even though it was from one person and to another person. Is that supposed to happen?  The second email did NOT go to the entire company but just that small group in a different office.  

We have a number (circa 500) of customers who regularly (daily/weekly) interact with our various sales and support teams. We are looking to implement CSAT.I would like to limit the number of CSAT requests each of these customers receive, for example no more than 1 per month.I thought a good way to do this was by adding the customer to a list when a CSAT request was made and then using membership of that list to filter any further requests, however I cant see a way to automatically remove the customer from the list a month later.Has anyone got any ideas?Cheers Ben

We are facing issue when adding new label in Front. At times it is visible in gmail and other times it is not. Same way other way, when adding label in Gmail, it is not visible in Front. Can someone help how to better use label and have gmail and Front in sync?

Hello community, I'm trying to figure out a way to link emails that relate to the same job. For instance instead of merging in to one conversation I want to keep client, supplier and subcontractor conversations separate but make it easy to find all the conversations related to that job easily. The goal is to later intergrate this with other software via the API so custom fields seems like the best option but they dont show up in a search. We could use tags but we use tags to show the status of a job and trigger certain rules. So i want to avoid this option because after a year we might have 1000s of job number tags that will make the tags menu cluttered.If anyone has some alternate options I would love to hear them.

Can there be logic or function created so a rule for the Auto Reply function to include being able to select a ‘”Reply All’’ rule. Reason: Typically more than one party is in an email message that requires same reply/notification in the auto reply message. Result: Everyone in copy on original inbound email message will receive the auto reply and subsequent details/information for recipient's internal processing.

Hi there! I’m wanting to build a more customized reporting view in Front. For instance, on the ‘overview’ report, I’d like to duplicate the ‘changes over time’ tile and have it repeat several times with different metrics shown, so someone can just open the report and immediately see a bunch of metrics without needing to click around. I’d also like to adjust a bunch of the other tiles and the order they appear on the report. From clicking around, it seems like I can only adjust the filters (time period, users) and not any of the analytics/tiles themselves. Is there any way to do that?

Hello all. The gentleman that set up our Front ran it through Office 365. I believe I have had a breach on my Microsoft account and Microsoft have blocked my accounr.  Is there anyway I can have Front manage my emails directly until Microsoft fix the issue.  We are an essential business and not receiving emails is an emergency issue.
