Hello,

Has anyone had any success in setting up an autoresponse message to a Facebook comment that comes into connect?  To prevent back and forth on a company FB page, I have tried to set up and auto-response which Front allows be to do, however it does not auto-respond back the FB acct?

Hi there!
Auto-replies should be possible with a Facebook-type channel (supported channels listed here). If you’re having issues with this, we may need to take a look at the channel and rule settings.
Would you be able to share an example conversation ID and the rule name via the form here so that we can take a look?
