Hi,

Has anyone updated the weekend in the business hours and what was the outcome? Any difference in the analytics as opposed to just having the 5 weekdays?

@Bukola when you update your business hours to include the weekend, one important consideration is to ensure that you indeed have proper staffing on the weekends, or else it may skew many of your metrics. For instance, the reply time metric in Front analytics is a common one that many customers track, and it takes into account business hours. So if you do have staffing on weekends, then your reply time will be accurate since people are working; but if you don’t actually have teammates working on the weekends, then the reply times will continue to accrue and not accurately reflect how quickly your team is responding during their work hours. Once you’ve accounted for that, then adding weekends to your business hours will pull in more data volume to help inform your decisions!
