How can I set up a daily report per teammate of how many open conversations they have? I see the glossary for ‘active conversations’ but it does not differentiate between archived and open in their inbox. Is there a proper filter to create daily report of open conversations by teammates?

Hi there!

Cat here from the Front support team.

You might want to consider adding the metric Unresolved conversations to your report: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2557#unresolved_conversations. This metric is part of the Conversation stages section of the report, so you may also need to define these in your account to have them display in your analytics reports.

Once you see the data, you can then schedule the reports to be sent daily: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2148

Another approach could be to add a view of your teammates to your sidebar to give you an accurate picture of their assignments as they fluctuate during the day: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2243

Cheers,
Cat
