how to end a conversation from admin or user end? if the user wants to start a new chat, or the admin wants to end the chat from that end

The ability to manually end chats from is not currently possible in Front, but we do have open feature requests for these functionalities in our Product Ideas Portal which is accessible to all users:
Manually Close / End a Front Chat conversation
Option for chat visitors to close the chatbot conversation themselves
Feel free to click the Vote button on the left-hand side of the feature request to tell our team how important this update would be for your team. You'll then be subscribed to receive email updates if a feature that you submitted or upvoted is developed and shipped!
