Front users

Curious to hear from any previous Front implementors to see when they realized full value of all that Front has to offer.  In my early workings in Front, seems like there are some immediate wins that help streamline and create efficiencies within a company which is amazing!  Did you find to be shortly after adoption period? Three months in?  Six months in?  Would love to hear some of your experiences.

Mine is tags based on keywords, although simple, very effective Is there a feature you've found especially helpful so far?

I’m trying to set up a rule in Outlook that will automatically follow up on an archived email in a specific mailbox after 7 days, sending a reminder to respond.

The idea is to create a centralized resource where team members can easily find the information they need without constant back-and-forth.I’d love to hear your insights! Here’s what I’m considering for an effective setup:

We are looking for ways to organize both our personal inboxes and shared inboxes. We would like to be able to see unread messages first/at the top of the inbox. We also would like for shared inboxes to have send settings. We do not want emails to archive when we reply to them.  

Hello everyone, I am looking to use the Knowledge Base to answer our client’s non-technical FAQ’s s. This would increase our productivity by not having to ask a teammate the same questions repeatedly. Has anyone had experience with this? In a perfect world we would be able to set rules for auto response with these answers as well.  Looking forward to hearing everyone’s ideas and experiences with this.

Is there a way we can turn off the ‘conversation view’ setting so when replies to an e-blast come in, they’re not all grouped together under one thread? 

I am trying to create a rule that will follow up an archived email, in a specific mail box, after 7 days with a reminder to respond to a quote.  The rule runs but replies to me instead of the customer…. Anyone help?  

We’re currently in our implementation with Front and custom fields across inboxes, contacts, accounts, conversations, etc. are bit intimidating for our team. Does anyone have any advice on how to think through the different custom fields and/or examples of how this has helped automation?

As we’re in setup, does anyone have any good advice in terms of keeping it simple but impactful in terms of the connectors we’re building. How should we think about connectors and their applications within Front. We have a development team and want to make sure we’re prioritizing the right work for connectors. Looking for a framework to help us think about this prioritization. 

Receiving and sending the personal information of our customers is a critical part of our work and we’ve experienced challenges with encrypting both the body of the message as well as attachments.  How is everyone else achieving this?

Hello, since this morning we have not been able to send our emails via front (we receive however),we have gmail addresses and others specific to our company, none of which work when sending.I checked Front Status nothing is declared,It worked perfectly until yesterday,anyone have an idea???

We are currently utilizing two e-mail addresses for two workspaces.  These sometimes overlap.  I was wondering if anyone has had success in going from multiple e-mail addresses to just one and still be able to assign tickets automatically to the proper workspace?Did you utilize Rules to make this successful?

Howdy, I am a new Front user and didn’t see where we can add Holidays to the Business hours rules.  Can someone please guide me where to go.  Thank you. 

Hi Fronteers!I just saw the different AI features that Front has, AI compose for email, AI compose for knowledge base, AI Summarize.Is there a way to adjust the language and tone that the AI uses so that it resembles my way of communicating, and thus give a more personal touch to the text?Thank you!

Hello,Simple question that from what I see can not been done. In an accounts description can a star be added? We would like to include a 5 star rating system into our accounts descriptions. Maybe this is for the idea section or someone has figured out a way to enter something other than text into an account description.Thanks,Harry

Hi All,I’d like to learn more about how Front interacts with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and how that relationship is structured. Specifically, does Front collect Passenger Name Records (PNRs), and does it offer a plugin or integration that allows PCCs to be connected, enabling ticket issuance from GDS bookings?Looking forward to your insights.
