Tags in Sidebar not showing Archived emails

Hi everyone!

I have tags saved in sidebar for quick access to the list of emails per tags. 

However, i noticed that archived emails with tags are not showing up on those sidebar list. 

Is there a way to include Archived emails (with tags) in the sidebar?

when i search for the tag in the search box [TAG: XXXX] it would show all the tags despite of being in Archived. Essentially i am wondering if the sidebar tags can work the same way.

Isaiah here from the Front Support team! Thanks for sharing these details. Currently, the tag counters will always show the number of open conversations. We don’t have a setting to change this behavior currently. That said, we do have an existing feature request to change this behavior that you can upvote for here! Feel free to click the Vote button on the left-hand side of the feature request to tell our team how important this update would be for your team. You'll then be subscribed to receive email updates if a feature that you submitted or upvoted is developed and shipped!

Hi,

 

I was advised there is no way for the archived count to show in the side bar. I’m curious to see if there is some form of a work around as often is found from other users.

It is weird because for some tags, they show archived conversations, which i think the green ribbon at the right top corner is indicating.
