I have a team workspace set up. One of the team members has all team emails set up to be forwarded to her personal inbox. She also has her settings set up to send& archive. After she responds to the email, it archives in the team’s inbox automatically, but not her inbox. Is there a way to get the email to automatically archive in both inboxes?

Hey Kam, great question! In this case I actually recommend that instead of having all conversations be forwarded (because it will create a second version of the conversation) you can build a notifiction rule instead. Inside Front’s rules engine in the “THEN” section just choose “notify teammate” instead of forward. This will then make sure that there is only one copy of the conversation but a teammate can have their own view. Now when your teammate sends and archive, there shouldn’t be a second copy. Let me know if that helps!

Awesome! Thank you so much Matthew. That makes perfect sense. I’ll give this a try.

Is there a way to restrict individuals from being able to set up personal rules (either completely or in the case that they conflict with company or workspace rules)? Similarly, wondering if there is functionality to restrict certain roles from creating and using personal tags.
