Hello! Has anyone been using the Monday.com integration in your sidebar? Are you finding it useful? Time saver? How are your teams using this feature as it relates to Front? Some of our teams are heavy Monday.com users and some moderate users. Some of our team does not use this at all, they have no need and no access. So given all the levels our team experiences, I am trying to find the best uses for this across the board. 

For instance all emails from the same sender, or all emails tagged with the same tag. Is there a way to export all of this content from Front? Our team’s idea here is that they want to be able to use ChatGPT/AI to extract info in bulk or summarize content.Thanks!

Is there any way to see non-Front users calendars in our workspace in Front? I can see them when I go to view calendars and enter their email in there but it does not auto-populate when generating meetings. Any workarounds anyone is aware of?

Is there a way to switch our users preferences to French?For scheduling meetings, the default information is in English.Thanks 

I have been able to connect to Microsoft but cannot save the credentials in Front.  I keep getting an error message.  I know the email address and password are correct as I am able to log into the account directly.I’ve reached out for help but haven’t gotten a response.Any ideas on how to fix this?

We’re very interested in leveraging the Dynamic Objects feature!  The issue I’m running into is that our strings don’t have a static component like the ones shown in all examples.To better clarify our instance, we use booking IDs that are composed of (currently) 6 digits (for example 123456). Booking IDs are assigned to bookings on an increasing basis (so the subsequent 2 bookings received would have IDs 123457 and 123458 respectively). I see also that strings cannot include spaces (so we wouldn’t be able to recognize strings from messages containing for example “I am asking about Booking 123456”). Occasionally, a customer may say “I am asking about Booking #123456”, in which case the static component of the string could be the #, however this would miss the vast majority of instances where the Dynamic Object could be applied. Are there any solutions to this?Thanks!

Hello community, Is there a way to include the email inquiry in an auto generated reply? Currently the auto generated reply only includes the email header, and not the body of the email. Customers would like to see the body of their email inquiry in the auto generated reply with the conversation number.  thanks,Steve

We still need to use another support solution together with Front as Front does not provide a simple “hide comment” feature for Meta comments.When can we get this function?  

Hello,  I own a real estate company and I need my admin to be able to access my emails and respond as needed. I am super excited about what front has to offer but I am getting extremely frustrated with the set up process. I have added the inbox the inbox that we need to share and invited my admin. However, nothing is happening. My emails are not routing. I am not technical at all nor am I interested in watching videos to learn this thing. I would like to pay someone to help me set up my account correctly. please reach out if interested.  thank you, Bintou 

I am a complete noob when it comes to Front.  I had never heard of it until my new client told me about it.  After checking it out, I am quite impressed but still a little confused.  Hopefully, some experienced folks can help me out.  So far, searching help hasn’t answered my questions. I use Outlook on a M365 account.  I went ahead and added my personal inbox just so I could work more with Front since I’m not quite yet ready to respond to client issues in Front.  It pulled in ALL of my email not just what was in my InBox!  UGH So.  I spent an hour and moved my emails in Outlook to Archive and all my saved folders that were stored under the Inbox Folder are now under the Archive folder.  But it seems Front either is still pulling them in, or once it pulls, it never truly syncs so in is in until removed through Front. I did add a rule to move anything that isn’t in certain “tags” which seems to equate to my Outlook folders.  But it doesn’t appea

One of my agents who works with us for a long time already,can suddenly not type (neither answer to a ticket nor write in the comment section) in existing tickets anymore. The same problem exists for all inboxes that we use.The only exception is that when creating a new ticket from scratch, she can write as usual.The issue is not her keyboard, because also writing outside of Front works perfectly.Restarting, logging off etc. didn’t help. Do you have any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Front Desktop app is running very slow  

Hi, We started using Front about three weeks ago. Of course we also started to use contact lists. As we are a sum of 15 different teams that all creates their own lists, it would very helpful to have the possibility to:filter them by team sort them (by general operators like date, name etc.)Thank you!

I’m looking to recreate some of the the main metrics from the overview page using the exported data (need this for historical reporting) but the numbers aren’t tying. I’m assuming I’m not looking at the events under a proper filter. Has anyone had dealt with this issue?

Hello, I’m trying to sync Facebook and Instagram but they don’t show up in the inboxes. Have done the required steps… have allowed access to messages too, any ideas what the issue could be? Thanks

My partner and I get dozens of spam emails a day and to help curb their growth we block the senders. Sometimes the blocked senders are able to still send emails and their follow ups appear in thread under the email we blocked….anyone else having this issue?

It would be great if we were allowed to pick how many months or weeks out someone can schedule a meeting with us using a Scheduling Link. I saw some other posts related to people wanting more than 2 months. I actually would like less than 2 months (only want people to be able to schedule with me over the next few weeks).

Good Morning!  Question - wondering if this was supposed to happen.  A coworker sent an email to the company about an event. A different coworker added a comment with a #MAINOFFICE which would draw attention to the email Someone from the original email replied to JUST the original sender HOWEVER the email went to the entire #MAINOFFICE group as well even though it was from one person and to another person. Is that supposed to happen?  The second email did NOT go to the entire company but just that small group in a different office.  

We have a number (circa 500) of customers who regularly (daily/weekly) interact with our various sales and support teams. We are looking to implement CSAT.I would like to limit the number of CSAT requests each of these customers receive, for example no more than 1 per month.I thought a good way to do this was by adding the customer to a list when a CSAT request was made and then using membership of that list to filter any further requests, however I cant see a way to automatically remove the customer from the list a month later.Has anyone got any ideas?Cheers Ben

We are facing issue when adding new label in Front. At times it is visible in gmail and other times it is not. Same way other way, when adding label in Gmail, it is not visible in Front. Can someone help how to better use label and have gmail and Front in sync?
