Has anyone seen any information that may give a time frame when AI responses will be available for other channels/inboxes other than email?   I know you can use templated responses and chatbot responses for web chat, but would be interested to see how an AI generated response to an SMS or Instagram message for example.

I work at Front on the Support team. 

Right now, our team is prioritizing AI responses in chat channels. You can see this in the In the Works section of our Product Features Portal.

We don’t have a timeline for rolling out AI compose in other non-email channels, but it’s on our radar and we’ll keep customers posted as soon as we have an update. 


Good update.  This is a really important feature!
