Hi there!
Great news - the ability to create tables within the composer is on our roadmap for this quarter. You can also upvote the feature in our Ideas Portal so that you’re notified when the feature is live. We’re also working on better copy/paste with tables so that you don’t lose formatting, etc.
We don’t have plans to add more colors to text formatting at this time, but please submit a request for this!
