JIRA ticket status in Front

I'm wondering about better visual on Jira tickets. Is there a way to basically reopen a conversation when the conversation is ready to respond to or send a status change to Jira? I'm guessing this may be best with Zapier.

Rule based on the account name mentioned in the body

Can you make a rule based on if the account name is mentioned in the body? we have Salesforce notifications where the contact isn't included and shouldn't be but it should be assigned to the account owner. Part of what I'm trying to do is eliminate any rule where the rule is created once per account. Is there any possibility of a catch all rule like: WHEN inbound message is receivedIF subject or message body contains Account nameTHEN assign to Account owner.

Are time rule triggers based on calendar or business hours?

Are the "hours" in the time passed trigger for a rule based on business hours set up in Front or are they calendar hours? For example, for the “time passed since trigger” rule condition.

Forwarding rule after time period

Hi! I've got a specific "rule" question.  I'm looking to create a rule where we can forward a specific email (identified by a tag) to a recipient 3 business days after it has been archived.  In looking at the rules, I think what I may be missing is the ability to set it so that the action (forwarding) occurs 3 days after an event (archiving). Is there a way to set this up? If not, do you have any creative ways in which we may be able to achieve this? Thanks!

How are analytics attributed when a message is delegated?

Question here!  Just to confirm analytics when using delegation(s). Example: If I(Jaime) delegate my mailbox to you(Sadie & or Patrick), when we run reports metrics will only reflect Jaime mailbox correct? It will not add additional sent items for Sadie/Patrick if I run a report on Sadie/Patrick sent items. Update: Now that I read it several times, it sounds like the metrics get recorded to whomever is covering the mailbox delegated.

Can you access a teammate's mailbox as an admin?

Afternoon! Is it at all possible to access a user’s mailbox from the administrative level? Example: I’m Customer service Director & have multiple emergency call outs today. For whatever reasons I want to look at these users mailboxes. I do not have their credentials, but am an admin on Front app. I understand you can grab assigned conversations from anyone at anytime and assign to someone else, but would that be all we can manipulate from a user who is not here? I also know you can add a user mailbox to your own account, but you need credentials for that to set up 365 with their account. Front also emails reset pw links to emails so resetting a pw is not an option either.   Thanks a lot!
