Inviting guests to your Front conversations or internal discussions

As a new Front user, I have just recently begun to experiment with the "Invite guests to conversations or internal discussions" feature. This feature allows you to bring external collaborators—such as clients, vendors, or contractors—into specific email threads or internal discussions without granting them full access to your inbox or workspace. Benefits I’ve noticed: Improved collaboration: Instead of forwarding long email chains or creating new threads, you can bring a guest directly into an existing conversation. This helps reduce confusion and ensures everyone is aligned. Streamlined communication: It keeps all related messages and participants in one place, cutting down on scattered emails and improving response times. Controlled access: Guests only see the conversations they’re explicitly invited to, which helps maintain security while still enabling collaboration. Send attachments in ConnectorsCONNECTORS

You can now send attachments in Connectors! To do so, set the Content Type to multipart/form-data when building the request and include the attachment data in the body. Sending attachments through Connectors enables use cases for when you want to send files to external services. For example, a Front teammate using the JIRA Connector could run a macro to upload an image to a JIRA task describing an issue they are dealing with. Looking for a Front Consultant

Anyone know where I can find a Front Consultant? Front was already in place when I started here about two years ago and has been problematic since day one. Our Front setup is a hot mess and generates way too many helpdesk tickets for all kinds of different reasons. I really need someone that can look at our setup, analyze it, suggest and make changes. I’m an IT Manager but I don’t have the bandwidth to revamp our whole Front setup. A Google search turned up nothing and Front doesn’t seem to offer such a service that I can tell. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Chat history showing string HTML

Hi Team We are integrating front chat to our website. So for its good but we are facing 2 problems that we are trying to fix. First one is related to showing the previous chats we have built flows and for some flows we have been seeing escaped html spans in the chat history. Please see the screenshot attached. From what I understand this happens when we usually follow multi choice question with a message and it shows span in the conversation history Second issue we are facing is that sometimes when we look at the conversations page. It doesn’t show the last message in the conversation instead it shows first message or second last in the conversation which might confuse the users.
