Custom request forms are here! Now you can tailor the fields customers see when submitting a new request in the portal to add drop-downs, date pickers, file uploads, and more. You can also add branching to show relevant questions based on earlier answers. Learn more

This is a great feature. I’m setting up a rather complex ticket routing system.

By any chance are the following features on your roadmap? They would improve our setup substantially.

  1. Input field types: yes/no toggle, multiple selection from dropdown or checkboxes
  2. CC Email - to be able to add a specific person in CC of the ticket interactions without a workaround
  3. Possibility of duplicating questions and forms so that each one doesn’t need be created manually.
