Using signature variables as conditions

We’re looking to use signature templates with custom variables, but can’t find a syntax to add a constant string only when a variable is populated. Front’s variable syntax resembles Twig, but it doesn’t seem to be compatible. If a title exists, we want:{{user.name}}, {{user.custom.title}}If no title exists, we want:{{user.name}}Not:{{user.name}},  Same thing for phone numbers. Bonus points if you can tell me syntax to conditionally include a carriage return. This sample {{recipient.first_name | 'there'}} from the article gives me hope that it’s possible, but we need the opposite (text if exists) or to be able to inject a variable between strings. This is what I really want to do:{{user.custom.direct} ? ‘Direct ’ + {user.custom.direct} : ‘ | ’}Main 555-555-5555

Is it possible to undelegate a blocked/inactive user's inbox?

It’s come up a several times that delegated inboxes for former employees (inactive accounts) still show as delegated for their teammates. Aside from removing them from view in sidebar, is there a way to access and un-delegate as an admin?

What are the Pros and Cons of the WebApp vs the PC App?

We have found in the past that the PC App can be a bit buggy or have issues with updating in our highly restrictve enviroment due to lack of user permissions.Can someone clafify the use case for PC app over the WebApp as the WebApp does everythign I can see.Cheers,

Is an API required to trigger tasks creation in Hubspot?

We are using hubspot for most of our current automation and processes. Can I use a automation rule to generate a task in Hubspot when XYZ conditions or do I need to create an API for that?

Can an action be to create an email using IA

I know that it is fairly easy to setup automation and have an automatic reply using a template but is it possible to trigger an action that would generate an IA answer and have it saved as draft for a teammate review before sending?

Multiple Users/Device - One Log In Credentials

Is it possible to have multiple users/devices use one login credentials? For instance, I have a group of 10 analysts and I wanted them to use one login credentials for uniformity and it will only show as a group email to my clients. Hope you can provide me with answers on this.

Trying to Set up Front - with x3 Users... but only 1 email address

Good afternoon, We are VERY green to Front… Initially, I was under the impression, we would be able to set x3 team members - so that we can each log in to access the same 1 email inbox. We do not have different email addresses - as we currently only log on via web access to gmail. moving forward, Would love it so that we can chat between us remotely - but each time I try to set up a team mate, it asks for an email address… and naturally - we only have the 1 for all 3 of us?? My head is boggled!! please help… cheers

Can you access a teammate's mailbox as an admin?

Afternoon! Is it at all possible to access a user’s mailbox from the administrative level? Example: I’m Customer service Director & have multiple emergency call outs today. For whatever reasons I want to look at these users mailboxes. I do not have their credentials, but am an admin on Front app. I understand you can grab assigned conversations from anyone at anytime and assign to someone else, but would that be all we can manipulate from a user who is not here? I also know you can add a user mailbox to your own account, but you need credentials for that to set up 365 with their account. Front also emails reset pw links to emails so resetting a pw is not an option either.   Thanks a lot!
