We’re finally here!

 

Greetings from Texas!  My name is Eddie.  I am the SVP of Client Relations Division at our community.  We’re excited to officially switch over to front and use modern collaboration features!     We’ll be utilizing Front to handle a large volume of emails between 14 team members.   

 

My team and I just celebrated National Have Fun at Work Day by hosting an office Karaoke Party during hours!

Hey Front community 👋

I’m Ruben, founder of Stacksync. I’ve been working closely with ops, support, and finance teams who rely on Front to manage conversations at scale. One thing I keep seeing is that teams run Front really well, but keeping customer, billing, or status data aligned across their CRM or ERP in real time can get messy as they grow.

I’m here to learn from how others are using Front and share what we’ve seen work when it comes to keeping systems in sync. I’ll always focus on being helpful first and share context about what we’re building only when it’s relevant.

Hello! My name is Laney, and I am trying my best to fill the role of an Administrative Coordinator. This has been an absolutely fantastic place to start, and appreciate how you all have structured learning plans and resources here. The discussion threads are a nice touch as well-- It reminds me of my online high school and college courses, if not a bit dense. Nonetheless, I look forward to ‘seeing’ y’all around. It’s nice to see active support like this, especially when learning new programs feel like new languages at times.
