Of course we also started to use contact lists. As we are a sum of 15 different teams that all creates their own lists, it would very helpful to have the possibility to:filter them by team sort them (by general operators like date, name etc.)Thank you!

I am currently building out an application that I am hoping to get published in the app marketplace. This app relies heavily on Webhooks, and I’m trying to figure out how an application with access to multiple front instances could differentiate between events from each instance. Is there something I’m missing in the documentation?

I’m looking to recreate some of the the main metrics from the overview page using the exported data (need this for historical reporting) but the numbers aren’t tying. I’m assuming I’m not looking at the events under a proper filter. Has anyone had dealt with this issue?

Hello, I’m trying to sync Facebook and Instagram but they don’t show up in the inboxes. Have done the required steps… have allowed access to messages too, any ideas what the issue could be? Thanks

Hi community!So I’ve been going through a POC using the Front webchat and everything worked until I try to identify the user.Once I run the FrontChat(‘identity’, {...}) script, when I try to send a message through the chat I get “Not delivered - connection issues.”If I never identify the user, it works like a charm. (Other scenario) If I run the init with the identity fields I get 400s.Can some help?

We regularly receive direct messages to teammates that should have otherwise been directed to a team. Is there any way in the slack integration to connect it on a per-user basis instead of just a public channel?I thought it should be as simple as connecting a new source to a personal front user. I know you can use the more menu in slack and create a new Front conversation which does work but then you can’t reply to it from Front. 

My partner and I get dozens of spam emails a day and to help curb their growth we block the senders. Sometimes the blocked senders are able to still send emails and their follow ups appear in thread under the email we blocked….anyone else having this issue?

It would be great if we were allowed to pick how many months or weeks out someone can schedule a meeting with us using a Scheduling Link. I saw some other posts related to people wanting more than 2 months. I actually would like less than 2 months (only want people to be able to schedule with me over the next few weeks).

Good Morning!  Question - wondering if this was supposed to happen.  A coworker sent an email to the company about an event. A different coworker added a comment with a #MAINOFFICE which would draw attention to the email Someone from the original email replied to JUST the original sender HOWEVER the email went to the entire #MAINOFFICE group as well even though it was from one person and to another person. Is that supposed to happen?  The second email did NOT go to the entire company but just that small group in a different office.  

We have a number (circa 500) of customers who regularly (daily/weekly) interact with our various sales and support teams. We are looking to implement CSAT.I would like to limit the number of CSAT requests each of these customers receive, for example no more than 1 per month.I thought a good way to do this was by adding the customer to a list when a CSAT request was made and then using membership of that list to filter any further requests, however I cant see a way to automatically remove the customer from the list a month later.Has anyone got any ideas?Cheers Ben

We are facing issue when adding new label in Front. At times it is visible in gmail and other times it is not. Same way other way, when adding label in Gmail, it is not visible in Front. Can someone help how to better use label and have gmail and Front in sync?

Hello community, I'm trying to figure out a way to link emails that relate to the same job. For instance instead of merging in to one conversation I want to keep client, supplier and subcontractor conversations separate but make it easy to find all the conversations related to that job easily. The goal is to later intergrate this with other software via the API so custom fields seems like the best option but they dont show up in a search. We could use tags but we use tags to show the status of a job and trigger certain rules. So i want to avoid this option because after a year we might have 1000s of job number tags that will make the tags menu cluttered.If anyone has some alternate options I would love to hear them.

Can there be logic or function created so a rule for the Auto Reply function to include being able to select a ‘”Reply All’’ rule. Reason: Typically more than one party is in an email message that requires same reply/notification in the auto reply message. Result: Everyone in copy on original inbound email message will receive the auto reply and subsequent details/information for recipient's internal processing.

Hi there! I’m wanting to build a more customized reporting view in Front. For instance, on the ‘overview’ report, I’d like to duplicate the ‘changes over time’ tile and have it repeat several times with different metrics shown, so someone can just open the report and immediately see a bunch of metrics without needing to click around. I’d also like to adjust a bunch of the other tiles and the order they appear on the report. From clicking around, it seems like I can only adjust the filters (time period, users) and not any of the analytics/tiles themselves. Is there any way to do that?

I am looking for a way to add inline images to the messages via the API.From what I see you can only add attachments and I need to be able to reference a CID of the attachment in the HTML body.Any ideas? 

Hello all. The gentleman that set up our Front ran it through Office 365. I believe I have had a breach on my Microsoft account and Microsoft have blocked my accounr.  Is there anyway I can have Front manage my emails directly until Microsoft fix the issue.  We are an essential business and not receiving emails is an emergency issue.

Hi, I noticed sometimes the conversation is moved to “trashed” state due to variety reasons. From the API, when I retrieved the conversation, how do I know whether it is in “trashed” state? According to the API doc, the conversation state doesn’t have “trashed” value. Best,

Hi! We are in the process of enhancing our integration (telephony) with Front by adding tag synchronisation. I have some questions around this I was hoping someone could help clarify. Currently, we push messages into Front each time a call is made in Cordless (our platform). We want to extend this by also pushing tags, which our users assign to these calls within Cordless, into Front.At the moment we’re using custom channels and custom messages https://dev.frontapp.com/reference/post_channels-channel-id-incoming-messages. The question is: Is it possible to add tags to these custom messages (it is not clear from the documentation)? If so, how can we go about it? Specifically, we anticipate needing to update messages after they've been created in Front to attach these tags, as users might not assign tags instantly. If we can’t update messages - I suppose, we can update a message’s conversation, but how do we find a conversation if we only know message_uid? Thanks in advance for your help

Our visitors have the ability to enter an email address when they request a chat.  An automatic email is sent after so much time, often when we are not done responding.  Is it possible to send the email only when the chat is archived?
