Issues with Block functionality

My partner and I get dozens of spam emails a day and to help curb their growth we block the senders. Sometimes the blocked senders are able to still send emails and their follow ups appear in thread under the email we blocked….anyone else having this issue?

Hi Geoff! Front does not perform spam analysis. We sit on top of your email provider, so all messages that make it to your inbox will appear in Front. However, we do provide some options in Front for manually labeling spam and blocking senders. Keep in mind that to use the Block sender feature in a shared inbox, you will need the permissions Conversations - Delete / mark as spam and Shared contacts - block sender.
