Our visitors have the ability to enter an email address when they request a chat. An automatic email is sent after so much time, often when we are not done responding. Is it possible to send the email only when the chat is archived?

At the moment the Chat transcript has a fixed window before it applies. While Front doesn't currently have a way to adjust or change this timing or trigger point, we would love to see your idea here in our Product Ideas Portal. This is a place where you can submit requests for features you need, and what other Front users are looking for. If you see another feature you'd love, just upvote it there and our team will see the tally.
