Is there a way to have e specific signature for mobile? like media queries

We are really struggling with this.Our goal is to receive a list of ‘open’ conversations in our personal inbox. This includes direct messages AND a any conversation that we are subscribed to (participant of) both in Shared Inboxes and Teammates Inboxes.However there’s an inherent problem: is:open is not useful whatsoever… Because status: “archived” is global, when a user outside of our personal inbox ‘archive in my inbox’ that status is now status:archived…This means I have to search for status:archived to see basically all my conversations (thousands) and find a way to figure out which ones are actually open in my view… we’ve tried /conversations/{id}/followers to see if i’m attached to that conversation, looking at conversation events… but its just not easy. If we had open graph or something maybe that would help…Does anyone know how to deal with this ‘global’ archiving issue, I should be able to see what my Front UI shows..

We have API integration with FrontApp for many years using our live account. We need to build an application channel for internal use only that will be used to handle specific type of group messages not currently supported by FrontApp.I already setup the developer app and application feature is installed. The app is verified and the webhook is working when I create messages on FrontApp directly.I am trying to sync an external message back into the channel, but I am getting this error“Only partners can access channels. Please see https://dev.frontapp.com/docs/channels-overview for access.”I looked at the documentations and it requires the app to be developed before I can get a partner account, but I can’t develop the app if I can’t sync the messages.Again, this is for internal use only. Hi allI’m looking to save emails (and attachments) from conversations in Front to my software using its API. I’ve created application requests and can send and receive data with them. I can create a new document in my software using a Front macro but the document is empty, because I don’t know what I should use in Front to save the email and attachments too.Hoping for some pointers!Thanks

Agents belong to a single site, and each client is handled within one site only. Within a given site, some agents support multiple clients (a shared support floor), while other agents are fully dedicated to a single client team.To clarify our current thinking, we are considering one main workspace per site for the shared support floor (where agents are multi client), and additional separate workspaces for dedicated client teams (where agents work only for one client). In this setup, does this split usually scale well for routing, permissions, and reporting, or does it create unnecessary complexity? We want to avoid excessive admin overhead (duplicated rules, inboxes, and roles), fragmented reporting across workspaces, and access control issues. Currently there is no way for you to filter a custom filed in Contacts or Accounts. Its already setup like a table, so a way to sort and filter would be a huge upgrade to a largely useless display. Is this in the works?

We are using a front webhook for “all incoming messages” and forward these to our own endpoint. I need to filter out ONLY NEW conversations somehow but it seems quite tricky looking at the webhook payload. We only have a professional account (and wont upgrade to enterprise any time soon). How could I reliably filter out all replies and follow up emails and only keep NEW conversations when processing the webhook event?

We are synchronizing our accounts and contacts from Salesforce to Front and are running into an issue with accounts that share the same email domain. This currently causes sync errors and prevents some accounts from being created on the Front side.Concrete exampleWe have a company, BigCompany, with three separate legal entities: BigCompany France BigCompany UK BigCompany US Each entity corresponds to a distinct Account in Salesforce.All three accounts share the same email domain: @bigcompany.com. Hello, I’m using Front as our ticketing and customer ops tool, and I’m looking for a plugin that can help with spell‑checking and email phrasing. Right now, I have to copy and paste text into another website to check for mistakes or improve wording, because I find Front’s built‑in email draft tool quite poor.Ideally, I want something that will correct errors and suggest better phrasing directly within Front to avoid switching between tools.

Is there a way to schedule send an email on condition the recipient did not reply yet?

We receive automated emails when orders unsuccessfully get added to our database.  This happens often and can over-populate our unassigned/assigned/waiting locations.  Is there a way to create a fake inbox or location where these emails can gather and everyone has access to see them and clear them?

Is it possible to branch your chatbot flow back to an initial multiple choice question rather than rewrite the flows all over again.  We have an initial multiple-choice question, and I’d like the option to return to it if a customer wants to ask another question on a different topic.

Hi,We’ve started receiving 400 Bad Request errors when calling the conversations/search endpoint. A request such as:https://api2.frontapp.com/conversations/search/after:1762920938801 now returns:400 Bad Request {"_error":{"status":400,"title":"Bad request","message":"Unsupported search modifier provided."}} We aren’t using any other modifiers, and there have been no changes on our side. The issue began on 23 July 2025. From what I can see, using after: is still documented and there’s nothing in the changelog that suggests this behaviour should have changed.Do you have any insight into why this might be happening or whether anything has recently changed with this endpoint?

I would really appreciate deeper clarification from the community or the Front team, because this is critical for my use case.ContextI'm a service provider and we onboard customers into different training programs. Each onboarding email contains multiple PDF attachments in a fixed order.From these files: 6 documents are always the same and are already included inside a Front Message Template 3 documents are unique per customer (contract, schedule, and one additional document), and these three files are generated dynamically in n8n and added to the draft in the same step after the template content is applied Because of this setup, I rely on a Front template for the 6 standard documents, and n8n is responsible for attaching the remaining 3 customer-specific PDFs.Problem: There is no way to create a draft from a template

I have been asked to extract a list of our most used client domains for cross referencing - I can’t find anything like this in analytics. Any suggestions please ? 

When saving rules or macros with multiple actions, the actions are automatically reordered to a fixed sequence rather than preserving the order I set. This breaks workflows where later actions depend on earlier ones.Steps to Reproduce:Create a new rule with the following actions in this order: Move to inbox "Support Requests" Add tag "VIP Customer" Save the rule Reopen the rule to editExpected Behavior: Actions remain in the order I saved them.Actual Behavior: Actions have been reordered to:Add tag "VIP Customer" Move to inbox "Support Requests"Impact: This causes the rule to fail silently. In my example, the "VIP Customer" tag only exists in the "Support Requests" inbox. I am finding that the layout for handling emails very cumbersome. Click here to add a tag, Over here to trash the email. Need to move and dig deeper to get where I am going. The icons are not uniform and so I am always double-clicking. Two clicks to trash or add a tag makes no sense.When I select more than one email, all the icons are lined up well and intuitively. Why can we not have the same at the top of the emails and not scattered and in a different form

VAT)</li></ul>”When I visualize the draft created in Front (app or web browser), I see a blank line before the list:When I inspect the object, I see a <br></br> balise, which was not in the original HTML.This disappears when I’m viewing the draft as another person (viewer mode).And so when I send it, the blank line remains.. This is quite problematic as it gives something weird visually.

No one on my team can find our 'Discussions' since the latest update. Where did it go???
