Need better spell checking and email phrasing tools in Front

Hello, I’m using Front as our ticketing and customer ops tool, and I’m looking for a plugin that can help with spell‑checking and email phrasing. Right now, I have to copy and paste text into another website to check for mistakes or improve wording, because I find Front’s built‑in email draft tool quite poor.

Ideally, I want something that will correct errors and suggest better phrasing directly within Front to avoid switching between tools.

Hi Gary,

Thanks for sharing your feedback about spell-checking and email phrasing tools in Front. We understand how important it is to have seamless writing assistance directly within your workflow.

Have you tried Compose copilot in Front? It allows you to draft new replies, refine existing text, or iterate multiple times with custom prompts. Check out this article from our help center to get more information.

Another option can be third-party tools like Grammarly or LanguageTool via browser extensions. These can provide real-time corrections and suggestions as you compose emails in Front without needing to switch apps. However, these work only in the browser.

If you need more help or have more questions about Copilot, feel free to contact our support team here.

Hi,

I can also highly recommend Grammarly. At first, it seemed a little awkward using Grammarly, but I soon found it has other features that make it great. Snippets is an awesome tool inside Grammarly, and if you have a gaming mouse with 13 buttons, it’s a game-changer. The new version of Front is now command-based, which can be programmed into a mouse. The reports you get from Grammarly are also very helpful.
