Is it possible to branch your chatbot flow back to an initial multiple choice question rather than rewrite the flows all over again.  We have an initial multiple-choice question, and I’d like the option to return to it if a customer wants to ask another question on a different topic.

I’m afraid Front doesn’t currently support circular flows, but you can set up “saved flows” so that you can use the same series of steps multiple times: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2073#saved_flows

Thanks - that is a shame.  Is there a way of copying an existing flow and creating a saved flow from it rather than having to start completely from scratch?

There isn’t a way to copy workflows right now, but I suggest submitting an idea at community.front.com/ideas to do this. There is an idea for copying rules, but not one specifically for copying chatbot flows.
