Hi,

We want to detect order numbers such as PO-123456PO123456, or PO 123456 in a conversation using an application object. What would the pattern look like? Do I need to create 3 separate application object features?

Best Regards

Hi Wesley,

Currently, Front doesn’t support text references with optional patterns like the hyphen, space or lack of either.  You would need to create 3 separate application objects to match each pattern.

You might want to suggest this feature on the Ideas Community: https://community.front.com/ideas

@evano thx for your feedback. I’ve created 3 separate features and it works fine. I will also add the suggestion to the feature list.
