Subject Line - Feature Request

Can there please be an update/feature added to allow us to choose to have the Subject lines ALWAYS visible when looking at the emails? Currently, I only see the From and To lines and then I have to click the header to be able to see the Reply To and Subject lines. 

While there is a subject line at the very top, it is VERY helpful for me to be able to see the Reply To and Subject line within the actual email itself. I was thinking that it could be a caret similar to the Tags update.

We have struggled with this very issue, and your request is bang on. The top is not the subject; it’s the conversation name, which you can edit. We find it a pain to constantly remember to actually see what the subject line is, and it’s very easy to forget to check. I once asked whether a dynamic variable could link the subject to the conversation name as a workaround, but I was told it was not possible.

I agree as well. It’s not very intuitive that the “top” subject line is internal-only, while the collapsed subject line is what the customer actually sees (and could differ). It’s much more natural for an agent to assume the top subject line is also the one visible to the customer.

Thanks for the feedback. I actually started a thread asking for feedback on my team’s roadmap here. While I can’t promise we’ll get to this request, it is on our roadmap for consideration.
