The mobile app redesign is now available to all users!

 

How do I access the new app?

You no longer have to download the test apps to get access. Simply update your Front app to v5.81.1, open the sidebar, and toggle on the new design.

When will the toggle be removed?

We are targeting September 30, 2026.

Our intention is to allow plenty of time for transition and feedback, so take this time to try out the new design and talk to your colleagues about it!

    Hi Front Team,

    Just sharing some feedback on the new Front App release. There is no way to close or remove tags in the new version. Takes too long to scroll to reach our team inboxes. ; )

    Hi ​@Alfie, thanks for the feedback. Did you face this same issue on the old design? If so, how did you work around it? In the new design you can collapse the “Pinned” section to make navigating to shared inboxes easier.

    Got it! It's the pinned arrow that collapses all tags. It worked, thanks

    I’ve noticed a small bug in the discussions on the new mobile app experience. When someone replies to another person in a discussion it no longer shows you who is replying.
