Selecting Tags

Question

Hello,

When creating a Rule, sometimes I am unable to add a Tag that I have created. For example, I would like to Tag a location on a Rule but once I go to select said Tag, it does not appear on the drop down menu. I have also checked that said Tag has access to the specific inbox.
