Professional Plan vs Enterprise Plan

Hi everyone,

 

I am Alex and I am new to Front App. During my journey to sign up with Front, I can see that some features are only available with Enterprise plan whilst I am with Professional plan at the moment. I would like to know where or when to review the differences between and learn if current Professional plan is sufficient enough for the team or not.

That said, my honest advice: don't let the feature comparison overwhelm you. The question isn't "what could we be doing with Enterprise?" — it's "are we actually hitting a wall with Professional?" If your team isn't feeling a real, day-to-day pain point around automation limits, custom roles, or AI features, you're probably not ready to move up yet.

Get genuine value out of what Professional already offers — omnichannel support, advanced analytics, macros, SSO — before looking at what's above. When you do hit a limit that's concretely slowing your team down, that's the right moment to revisit the comparison and talk to Front's sales team.
