I am not receiving any email notifications on my Mac, using the Front 3.57.5 app. I have enabled all notifications in the app. I have enabled banner notifications on my Mac. I do receive Front calendar notifications with no problem, but never any email notifications. The closest I get is a badge on the icon. Any thoughts here?

My first suggestion would be to check what your notification settings look like and ensure they are activated: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2174
There are some different requirements outlined in that guide that you might need to check depending on your OS and whether you use the browser or desktop app.

Notifications were muted under my profile… That is the setting I was lacking. I had the mute scheduler on but did not notice the other setting to mute all the time. Thanks!
