Front Setup - "identifying your topics" ... seems to be taking a long time

Hi

Just setting up Front.  It seems to be taking a long time  "identifying your topics" in the set up. It’s fair to say that our email account is pretty large 28,300 sent items so would that be the reason?

Maybe I’m just impatient :)

Hi there! Yes, the ingestion for that amount of data can take a bit :) However, I would continue to monitor and write in to the Support Team if you find it hasn’t completed by end-of-week!

It seems to have stopped mid way …. the Discover your Topics is greyed out.  Not very good first impressions with Front - disappointing.

Hi there! I had a similar issue with topics! They do take some time to load and get significant data that you can use and get auto-replies from. But, mine was also taking longer then expected, I reached out to support and they caught a bug and quickly fixed it - might be worth reaching out to them.
