Benefits with Certified Front Administrator

Hi ​@alex_ou, welcome to Front! Taking the FCA program will benefit you most in the the knowledge you’ll gain in order to learn how to administer Front for your company. We’ve curated this to be the set of knowledge admins need to know, so you don’t need to search for the information yourself. Since you’re new to Front, you will likely be learning how to use Front anyway, so this is a great program to get up to speed and also gain a certification (can also be added to LinkedIn!). 

I also wanted to note that we are in the process of updating the certification program with updated content, so there will be a new version in the coming months! However, you can still take the current version as most of the information still stands -- just some screens may be outdated.
