I may have missed this point during the Academy training, but when you Archive emails using Front, does that also sync those actions with the connected channel inbox?  Or is archiving specific to the Front platform and does not affect the channel email inbox?

Hi there, Cat here from the Front support team.

The sync functionality depends on what kind of account you have connected (Gmail, O365, SMTP) and whether your organisation is set to use our new sync mode or the legacy one! Here are some guides on this:

SMTP forwarding type channels do not sync activities between Front and the source email account.
