I was curious which analytics you all find most useful on Front and most intuitive?

I just completed the Front training, and I find the Overview and SLA analytics especially useful. The Overview provides a clear summary of key information which saves time and eliminates the need to search through multiple views. While SLA analytics help us track whether we’re meeting our service level commitments to customers. if not, they help us with insight into where improvements can be made.
