Thank you for joining the Smart QA beta! We're very excited for you to test the feature and share your feedback. This group is where we'll share all beta updates, ask for your input, and answer any questions along the way.
Smart QA gives you a complete view of agent performance against your quality standards so you can drive continual improvement in agent performance, both human and AI. Smart QA will continue to evolve — based on your feedback — and we're already working on updates based on what we've heard so far.
How to participate
- As we release updates, we'll post asking for specific feedback — please reply in-thread with your thoughts!
- Post questions if something isn't working as expected so we can help troubleshoot and others can see the answers.
- Try to keep topics within existing posts where relevant, or start a new post if your topic doesn't exist yet.
