Thank you for joining the Smart CSAT community group! We're excited to have you here. This group is where we'll share early access to beta product updates, design previews, ask for your feedback, and answer any questions along the way.
Smart CSAT uses AI to automatically send and analyze customer satisfaction at the close of conversations — giving you an always-on pulse on the quality of your customers' experiences based on sentiment, resolution outcome and customer effort.
How to participate
As we release updates, we'll post asking for specific feedback — please reply in-thread with your thoughts.
- Post questions if something isn't working as expected so we can help troubleshoot.
- Try to keep topics within existing posts where relevant, or start a new post if your question doesn't fit.
