It seems that ticketing features have been sadly left behind. You can only search by tags/content, but not by ticket ID? conversation IDs aren't human friendly, but ticket numbers are. And since they are unique anyway, we'd love to be able to find things that way.
Here’s what Claude had to say when it tried:
Default search misses ticket-ID lookups. query: "SU-390132" and bare query: "390132" both returned 0 results unless I added filters: {status: "open"}. That suggests Front's default-scope search excludes open tickets and the skill should always also try open status. I'll fix the skill.
I'm not sure if its analysis on default-scope is correct or not, but it is odd that a ticket id search didn't work.
