Retrieve human-friendly ticket numbers

Building a report via the MCP, and would like to link human-friendly ticket numbers; however, Claude is unable.

Maybe this is related to the other thread on custom fields. But for support workloads, no one talks about things in terms of cnv_xxx - ticket numbers are friendly and useful.
